The available selection varies with the seasons - do enquire. With a few exceptions the fruit is either grown at home or foraged locally (plum, apple, blackberry), all without pesticides. It is cooked at home without preservatives and contains at least 50% cooked fruit by weight.

Did you know: crystallisation is a natural process of raw honey, which has not been heat treated. It does not affect the nutritional quality of the product, but if you want to clarify a jar of crystallised honey simply sit it in hot water for a bit.
Apple, Honey & Rosemary Preserve £5.50
Makes an excellent gift. Substituting honey for sugar in preserves makes setting that bit trickier, but the taste is definitely worth it!

Honey Lollipops & Sweets £0.80
Hard sweets made with 10% honey and lemon oil. Throat soothers also include propolis, the hive's natural antiseptic.
Usually available on stall days only, as a large lollipop or a small bag of four heart-shaped sweets.
Batches can also be made on demand.
Peppermint Infusion £2.00
Harvested and air dried over the Summer months to provide a little comfort in the Winter ones. Â Just add hot water!
Honey Vinegar £3.50
Made from honey, water and kombucha Scoby, this is a sharp vinegar with a subtle floral finish.
